SouthBorough Office Park
South Portland, Maine
SouthBorough is South Portland’s premier professional office park. The campus includes four office buildings, two hotels, and a stand alone restaurant, all located within an aesthetic campus setting.
The project encompassed the development and implementation of a Master Plan for three of the SouthBorough office buildings and a two hotels.
Intermed Medical Office Building
Portland, Maine
84 Marginal Way, Intermed Medical, is a 10-story mixed use development with medical offices, professional offices, retail space and structured parking. This project has been a significant part of an effort to revitalize Portland’s Bayside Neighborhood.
Mitchell & Associates served as design team leader providing site design, coordination of civil engineering services, guidance through the local permitting process, construction documents and construction administration.

Roundwood
Scarborough , Maine
Roundwood is a destination retail and office park located on a 47 acre parcel of land. Mitchell & Associates developed the master plan, including preparing landscape and site planning design standards. These standards served to provide design direction for the new development within the park.
Mitchell & Associates also prepared construction documents for several of the developments within the park.
