A coastal residence that included shoreline stabilization, a new pond, a shoreline sitting area and a trail system. Native plantings and meadow wildflowers were used in order to naturalize the previously disturbed site. Granite boulders and splinters were used extensively and functioned as unifying design elements.

A waterfront property, involving the design of a staircase and retaining walls to provide access to the lower lawn area. The existing slope, heavily planted with rose, had grown to limit water views and provided a barrier to accessing the lower lawn.

Overlooking Casco Bay, this waterfront residence blends with the topography of the site and the existing stone house. The design includes a curvilinear path from the driveway to entrances of the house and outdoor dining area. Perennial gardens add variety and interest throughout the year.
